Chris Karrer - Sufisticated 1996 (Amon Duul,Embryo related)
Chris Karrer was one of the most important members of Amon Düül 2.
While his first self-titled solo album he published in 1980,
was more or less prog pop (though somehow enjoyable to listen to),
the following albums in the 90s were quite different and strongly influenced by Karrer's conversion to Sufism.
They sound a lot like Embryo, and indeed Karrer was a member of Embryo for some time in the 90s.
DADA - Dada (1970)
Write on; http://badcatrecords.com/BadCat/VINEGARjoe.htm
…./…1970 found singer Elkie Brooks, guitarist Pete Gage,
and singer/guitarist Robert Palmer working together in the English horn rock band Dada.

Robert sang,(?!) but did not record with Dada, who also featured Elkie Brooks on vocals.
Dada metamorphosed into Vinegar Joe who recorded 3 albums for Island records…/…
BUT SERIOUSLY, PAUL KORDA IS THE SINGER ON THE DADA ALBUM… AND NOT ROBERT PALMER!!!!!

Jukka Tolonen Band - JTB (1979

Born in Helsinki in 1952 Jukka Tolonen co founded in 1969 the rock/jazz fusion band Tasavallan Presidentti, who recorded four critically acclaimed albums from 1969 to 1974. During this time, Tolonen also recorded two albums with the Finnish Prog band Wigwam.
In 1971 Tolonen recorded his self titled debut recording presenting a mixture of jazz-rock and folk, followed by "Summer Games"(1972), "The Hook"(1972), "Hysterica"(1974) all in the same musical direction. Thanks to his solo records as well as his participations with Tasavallan Presidentti and Wigwam, Tolonen became very popular in Finland and to a lesser extent in Europe and the USA.
