This year, internet freedom groups might be able to rack up wins on SOPA, CISPA, ACTA.... that's almost unprecedented. According to a few Senate insider reports, we have a good chance at shelving CISPA and the Cybersecurity Act entirely, or amending the bill to include the privacy protections in that we've been pushing. We're working with groups like the ACLU, EFF, CDT, Demand Progress, others to mow down these bills.

We'll be rallying the public this week around a message about just how far these bills go on privacy as the bill and its proposed amendments are debated on The Senate floor. We took some time to try to capture exactly what's so dangerous and disturbing about current cybersecurity legislation. We would appreciate it if you could spread the site as far as you can.
